▢ 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough or ½ pound homemade pizza dough
▢ ¾ cup Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing divided, or Marie’s Ranch Dressing
▢ 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
▢ ½ cup buffalo sauce
▢ 2 tablespoons red onion thinly sliced
▢ 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
▢ ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
▢ 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
▢ 1 green onion thinly sliced


Place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven. Preheat oven to 475°F.
Roll the dough out to a 14″ circle on a piece of parchment paper.
Spread ½ cup of Marie’s Blue Cheese Dressing over the dough.
Toss chicken with buffalo sauce. Place on the dough with red onion. Top with cheeses.
Transfer pizza to the heated baking sheet or pizza stone and bake 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped cilantro and green onion. Drizzle with additional Marie’s Dressing.

Recipe Notes

Start with room temperature dough, it will take less time & trouble to shape.
Make the homemade buffalo sauce in advance, and mix with the chicken so the flavors have more time to blend.
Baking at a high temperature ensures a crispy crust and brown bubbly cheese on top.
Serve with extra dressing for dipping.
