Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

  3. Stir in the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold into the banana mixture.

  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top with a silicone spatula.

  6. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick tester comes out clean.

  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack before slicing.


💡 Tip: Add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
