  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup smoky barbecue sauce (optional for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the spice rub: In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chili powder, and cumin.
