Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or sirloin
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie buns or sandwich rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Olive oil or cooking oil
Instructions:
- Sauté the aromatics and beef:
- Turn your pressure cooker to the sauté setting.
- Add a bit of oil, then cook the sliced onions, peppers (if using), and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
