  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie buns or sandwich rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Olive oil or cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the aromatics and beef:

    • Add a bit of oil, then cook the sliced onions, peppers (if using), and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
    • Push the vegetables to the side, add the sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add liquids and pressure cook:

    • Seal the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.

    • Place the beef mixture on the buns, top each with a slice of provolone cheese, and let the residual heat melt the cheese (or microwave for a few seconds).
  4. Serve:
    • Serve hot, with the flavorful juices drizzled over the sandwiches.
