π« Super Easy Fudge Brownies

Ingredients (makes about 12 brownies):

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
(Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra fudginess.)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour an 8×8-inch baking pan (or line with parchment).

In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined (donβt overmix).

Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 20β25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (not completely cleanβthis keeps them fudgy).
