I love to serve this as a side dish during Thanksgiving dinner. It has always made a very good impression on my guests.

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) box Jiffy Corn Mix

1 (15 oz) Green Giant whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 oz) can Green Giant creamed corn, (not drained)

1 cup Daisy sour cream

1 stick Land O’ Lakes melted butter

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease an 8×8″ dish (or a similar size).

Combine all the ingredients and pour into the prepared dish.

Cook uncovered for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
