Recipe for peanut butter rice balls without cooking: Chocolate coated peanut butter balls are crispier for the best Christmas dessert! They are the perfect bite for the holidays!
It’s hard to believe it’s already Christmas baking season, but here we go. I tend to do the same things every year and I’m more than okay with it. For me, Christmas is all about tradition! These no-bake peanut butter krispie rice balls definitely add to that list of traditions, as do my Italian ricotta cookies.
I remember the year when I tried to run away without making the Christmas sugar cookie cut-outs and Mr. Wishes got up and left me for good. Ha ha! I mean, in my defense, these are cookies that take a lot of time to make with rolling, cooling, cutting, decorating, etc., and I’m not sure how long it takes to make them.
The ingredients:
½ cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons of soft butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup Rice Krispies
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup of grated coconut
Itinerary :
Mix, refrigerate for half an hour and form into balls. Return to the refrigerator and let cool at least one hour.
Melt the following ingredients in a double boiler:
1 package of chocolate chips
