Tonight I made green spaghetti. For being the 2nd time, it turned out so good! A good friend of mine gave me the secret to her sauce 🤫😉 Which of course is in the recipe lol 😀
Ingredients:
4 poblanos
1 box spaghetti
1/2 c milk
8oz cream cheese
5 garlic cloves
1tbsp salt
2 tbsp chicken bouillon (i just eyeballed itl
1 handful cilantro
1 serrano (more for spicy)
1 avacado
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
I cut the tops off the poblanos before roasting them. Its so much easier to get the seeds out. Char them, put in bag to steam then peel skin off. Add in blender with everything except the spaghetti and blend really well. In a pot bring water to boil. Add a few shakes of salt. Boil about 7 min. Depending on how soft you want it. Strain. In pan, pour the sauce in and heat on med about 5 min. Add spaghetti. Stir and let sit on low about 15 min. Serve with chicken or steak milanesa (optional.. i didnt this time) add queso fresco and enjoy !!
