Shrimp Linguine

A very easy and delicious pasta recipe.

*ingredients

°150g linguine
°16 raw shrimp, peeled or 20 shrimp
°20 cl of liquid cream
°2 cloves minced garlic
°1 lemon juice
°parsley
°smoked red pepper
°olive oil
°Salt or fine salt
°Black pepper

*Preparation

Cook “al dente” pasta according to package directions (about 8 minutes).

Meanwhile, saute minced garlic in a large skillet with a little olive oil without coloring it.

Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side.

Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

Pour lemon juice into the pan to remove it, add cream, sprinkle with paprika and red pepper.

Mix and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes over a low heat.

Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.

Serve immediately with shrimp and a pinch of flat-leaf parsley.
