Another thing I love about this recipe is the fact that they taste insanely delicious! These cookies go perfectly well with hot coffee! Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

¾ cup packed light brown sugar

½ cup white sugar

2 large eggs

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the brown sugar, butter, and white sugar. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 3: Add eggs gradually and beat every addition.

Step 4: Add the almond extract and vanilla. Stir until well combined.

Step 5: Add the baking soda, salt, and flour. Stir until well mixed.

Step 6: Add the white chocolate and macadamia nuts. Stir until well mixed.

Step 7: Drop teaspoonfuls of the dough into the prepared cookie sheets.

Step 8: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done and golden brown.

Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
