For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • Β½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted

  • Β½ cup (120 ml) hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prep the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook the wings:

    • Oven method: Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

    • Air fryer method: Cook at 190Β°C (375Β°F) for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through.

    • Fried method: Heat oil to 175Β°C (350Β°F) and fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

  3. Make the sauce: In a saucepan, mix melted butter, hot sauce, honey, and Worcestershire. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  4. Coat the wings: Toss the hot wings in the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

  5. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dip.
