For the Buffalo Sauce:

Β½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted

Β½ cup (120 ml) hot sauce (like Frankβs RedHot)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions:

Prep the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the wings:

Oven method: Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 40β45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
