HOW TO MAKE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK CHEESY BREAD

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. Sprinkle salt and pepper into the ribeye steak.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the steak to the skillet and sear for about 2 minutes per side.

Step 3: To the skillet, add the Worcestershire sauce and toss it with the meat. When done, set the meat aside.

Step 4: To the same pan, add the butter, bell peppers, onion, and mushroom. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the veggies have softened.

Step 5: On both halves of the bread, spread the mayonnaise. Layer with the provolone cheese slices, top with the steak and veggies, then the rest of the cheese.

Step 6: On the middle rack of the preheated oven, place the bread and bake for about 15 minutes or until browned.

Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and slice the bread into two thick pieces. Serve right away. Enjoy!
