Ingredients :
° 1 large potato (about 1 pound)
° 1 tablespoon of olive oil
° 1 teaspoon dried thyme
° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° Fresh ground pepper
° 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
° 1 handful fresh parsley (optional)
* instructions :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover the baking tray in parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Wash the potatoes well, then slice them and 1/2 inch thick wedges. Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle olive oil on the face.
Combine thyme, garlic powder, salt and fresh pepper in a bowl, then sprinkle over the potatoes. Stir the potatoes on a baking sheet until they are covered with oil and seasonings. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
Bake the potatoes in a fully preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly fluffy on the sides. Rotate the pieces in the middle of the baking time. Cover with freshly chopped parsley, then serve immediately.
