Baked WHOLE FISH RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 whole fish

  • 1 tablespoon of fish spice

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic

  • 2 tablespoon of lemon and herb sauce

  • Fresh thyme

  • Sliced lemon

  • Dry parsley

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200°c
Clean fish and pat dry.
Rub fish with olive oil,lemon and herb sauce and season with garlic and fish spice.
Place fish on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
Arrange lemon slices and thyme on top of fish and sprinkle dry parsley
Seal all edges of the foil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
