° 1 container of white cake blend
° three tablespoons plain flour
° 1 (three ounce) can strawberry jello
° half of cup water
° 3/4 cup oil, I used canola oil
° 2 cups fresh or frozen mashed strawberries (1 cup for cake, 1 for garnish)
° four eggs
Combine cake mixture with flour, jelly and water. Add the oil and eggs, one at a time, whisking properly among them. Add strawberries. received 2 minutes. Pour the mixture right into a properly-greased 9×13 skillet and floured. Bake at 350* for forty five minutes.
++ Snow Cream Cheese: Adapted from Paula Deen’s on-line recipe
° 1 stick gentle butter
° 1 eight oz. pkg. Soft cream cheese
° 1 cup frozen or clean mashed strawberries
° three cups powdered sugar
Add all components to a blending bowl and mix with a mixer till creamy. Pour over cake after it has cooled from the oven. Add strawberries on pinnacle for garnish or mashed strawberries on pinnacle.
