Better than texas roadhouse rolls

Ingredients
° 1/4 cup water
° 2 1/2 teaspoon (6 grams) yeast
1 cup (244 ml) milk
° 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
° Five – 6 teaspoons sugar
° 1 ½ teaspoon salt
° 1 huge egg
° Three half – three / four cups of flour each reason
° Unsalted butter, for brushing over the finished rolls
Cinnamon honey butter
° 2 oz (56.7 g) softened unsalted butter
° 1 ½ – 2 tablespoons icing sugar
° 2 tablespoons of honey
½ teaspoon (three grams) or greater cinnamon spice
* Instructions :
Pour warm water and yeast into a blender. Let it take a seat to thaw for about five minutes.
Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe medium bowl, combine milk, butter, sugar, and salt and microwave for about 1 minute. Stirring until the full amount is dissolved.
Eliminate the entire amount in the yeast complex.
Beat an egg with the mixture.
If the mixture is too warm, let it cool so the heat collects to keep the eggs from curdling
Stir at medium speed for two minutes.Add about three cups of flour and continue to knead the dough.Add enough flour (if needed) to smooth the dough. Error on the warning side is less than exact, in preference over greater.
Flip the dough onto a floured floor, also kneading for 3 to 4 minutes or more if you want fluffy bread.
Place dough in an oiled bowl, turn over once dough is coated, cover with a soft cloth and allow to push up in a heated, undraped area for 1 to 2 hours or until doubled.
Knock the dough down. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick. Use any sharp object such as a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.
Spray a cookie tray with oil or butter, then place the area rolls on an oiled pan approximately 1-inch. Cover lightly with a kitchen towel and let it rise for about half an hour, or until the dough has risen.
Baking 13-16 minutes. Grease them with the finished melted butter.Remove from the baking tray and let cool. I want to consume me while the heat is still miles away.
++ Cinnamon Honey Butter
Mix the butter/sugar/honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Then blend with a blender or by hand until blended. Serve with rolls or frozen until ready to use.
