We are in the middle of the blueberry season. So I decided to go do a little picking as you can see on my Instagram account and my Facebook page. 1.3kg of blueberries, enough to make a pretty blueberry pie and a few jars of jam, right? 😉
You will need:
+1 sweet shortcrust pastry disc
+800 g of blueberries
+50 to 80 g of ground almonds
+15 cl of liquid cream
+80 g of sugar
+1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preheat oven 180 ° C (th.6). Put the dough in a tart mold, prick it and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, sprinkle the base with powdered almonds and place the blueberries on top. Bake again for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the custard: beat the eggs, add the cream and sugar as well as the vanilla sugar. To book.
Take the tart out of the oven, pour in the flan and bake for another 20 minutes. It’s ready!
