Sometimes, I try to add some vegetables that we don’t eat very often to my meals. This cabbage goulash is easy to make, rich of flavors and it takes no time to cook! Check it out.

You’ll Need:

1 small chopped head cabbage.
1 lb of ground beef.
1 chopped onion.
1 chopped bell pepper.
1 (14.5 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes with juice.
1 beef bullion cube.
1 tsp of garlic powder.
¼ tsp of salt.
½ tsp of black pepper.

How to:

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat and drain of the grease.
Add in the onions and bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes then add in tomatoes with juice, beef bullion cube, spices and cabbage.
On medium heat, cook covered for 25 minutes stirring occasionally.

Easy, peasy and delicious! The ground beef goes perfectly with the cabbage, and with all the spices in this goulash, you won’t be able to resist it! Give it a shot, you’ll thank me later.
