Ingredients :

  •  500 gm shrimp
  •  1 tablespoon of Cajun mixture
  •  5 tablespoons olive oil
  •  1 lemon juice
  •  1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation:

Peel the shrimp and slit its back slightly to remove the casing.
Mix all ingredients and add prawns.
Leave it to rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
Heat a frying pan or tray.
Drain the prawns a little and fry a little.
Add the rest of the dressing and serve hot.
