° A pinch of ground nutmeg
° Pinch of cloves
° A pinch of salt
° A cup of finely grated carrots
+ For the face: 100 grams of cream cheese
° 2 tablespoons of butter
° A cup of fine sugar
° A tablespoon of sour cream
* How to prepare:
To make the cheesecake: Whisk the cheese with the sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla, whisk, then add the flour and sour cream and mix well until the ingredients are combined.
To prepare the cake: mix the oil and sugar well. Add the eggs also to the vanilla and mix until well blended. Add the flour / baking soda / cinnamon / nutmeg / cloves / and salt. Stir until ingredients are combined and add carrots and walnuts, stirring gently.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven over medium heat for 61 min. Then the cake cooled on the cooling wire.
Prepare the couverture by mixing all the ingredients well except the nuts. & chilled in refrigerator.
Covering face & sides of cake with covering cream also decorate with nuts.
