Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 gallon of milk
2 tbsp soup mix (onion)
Bisquick (1/2 cup)
two eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and softened. The grease should be removed. Fill a greased 9-inch pie pan halfway with the mixture.
Cheese should be sprinkled over the meat.
In a medium mixing basin, whisk together the milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick, and eggs. Fill a pie pan halfway with the mixture.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes. Allow for a few minutes of cooling before serving.
