Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 cups coconut milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup blueberries

 

Steps :

 

1- Combine chia seeds, milk, and vanilla.

2- Chill for 30 minutes whisking every 10 minutes to prevent clumping.

3- Once pudding has been set, add blueberries.
