Chicago-style deep-dish pizza

Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough

1/2 cup pizza sauce

4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated

4 ounces pepperoni, sliced

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza dough and place it in a deep-dish pizza pan.

Press the dough into the pan, making sure to cover the bottom and sides of the pan.

Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Add the pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, black olives, onions, and tomatoes on top of the cheese.

Bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
