Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli, fresh or frozen, cooked
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450º F. Layer broccoli and chicken in a 9-by-9-inch baking dish.
- Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour it over chicken and broccoli, and stir together.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over casserole, then, in a small bowl, whisk together breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over casserole and place baking dish in oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.
