When I asked Facebook fans the other day if it was possible for me to post a new stew recipe, I received an enthusiastic response. Seems like there are a lot of casserole fans out there! I live in San Diego, which isn’t really the stew capital of America. Here, people eat grilled chicken, tofu hot dogs and salad without dressing. Pots and pans are one of the evils that we don’t talk about here at SoCal.

Ingredients :
3 C. Grated chicken
8 oz cooked spaghetti noodles
⅔ C. Chopped celery
1 C. Onions, chopped
1 C. Bell pepper, chopped
1 C. Chicken broth
2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Grated cheddar cheese
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Mix the grated chicken, cooked spaghetti, celery, onions and peppers in a large bowl.
Step 3. Mix the broth, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper in another bowl.
Step 4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Step 5. Place the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish and cover with the grated cheddar cheese.
Step 6. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
