Chocolate Fondue


  • Chocolate (High Quality chips or bar) 24 oz.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp


  • Fruits (Strawberries, Bananas cut into 1 inch slices, sliced apples, grapes, blueberries)
  • Pretzel sticks, marsh mellows, cookies, wafers, brownies


How to Make Chocolate Fondue

First, add three cups of water to the inner pot of the Instant pot.

Next, place a glass bowl that fits on top of the Instant Pot liner so that it sticks out the top of the liner. If your glass bowl is small and fits into the Instant Pot Liner, use a trivet to place the glass bowl on top.

Once the bowl is in place, add the chocolate and  heavy whipping cream to the bowl.

Next, turn on sauté mode, occasionally stir the ingredients gently for about 12 minutes or until the fondue is smooth.

Cancel the sauté function and then press the keep warm button.

Finally, stir in the vanilla extract and then either transfer to a dipping bowl or serve with dip-ables directly in the Instant Pot.
