Corn Salsa

Ingredients

Dressing:
1/3 c water
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c white balsamic vinegar
2 tblsp olive oil
Main ingredients:
4 c frozen yellow corn, defrost & rinse
1 small purple onion
1 red bell pepper
1 medium skinny zucchini
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
salt to taste

Step 1

Mix veggies. set aside.

Combine water & sugar(warm if needed to disolve fully). Add white balsamic vinegar & olive oil. Add Pepper. Stir well. Pour dressing & mix thoroughly.
