Ingredients :
° 100gm of organic corn semolina
° 1 egg
° 1 teaspoon yeast
° 25g light butter
° 15g 0% yogurt to drink

Prepare the mold:
Begin by preheating the oven while you grease the sides of the chosen pan.Dough preparation:  In a large salad bowl, mix flour, organic corn flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.Once these dry ingredients are mixed together, add the yogurt and eggs and mix with a paddle or mixer.If necessary, add a few drops of milk to soften the dough.Add the butter previously melted in the microwave.Bake  Pour the batter on a soft baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until the cake is light golden brown. Chapter  Try it!Cornbread can be eaten hot, sliced, eaten as a snack, or eaten with meals.
