Creamy Lemon Crumb Bars

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons finely grated lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 large egg yolks

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° and grease an 8×8 baking pan.
Combine flour, oats, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix in sugar and light brown sugar.
