For the Crepes:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Pinch of salt
For the Cream Filling:
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Whisk eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, butter, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook thin crepes (1β2 minutes per side).
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread cream over each crepe and roll gently.
- Chill the roll for 30 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy with coffee or tea! β
