° 8 oz. Macaroni (cooked according to the directions on the box)
° 6 hard-boiled eggs (yolk cut)
° 1/2 cup mayonnaise
° 1 tbsp. mustard
° 1 tbsp. ketchup
° 1 tbsp. White vinegar
° 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
° 1 small red onion chopped
° 2 ribs of celery, chopped
° 1/2 tsp. Red pepper
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 teaspoon pepper
° Green onions for garnish
* Instructions :
Cooking noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Empty, rinse & placing in a bowl.
Cutting boiled eggs in semi & removing yolks.
Putting yolks in a bowl.
Set to the part .
Chopping egg whites also adding to pasta bowl.
Adding chopped onion & celeery to pasta bowl.
Mashing egg yolk wiith a fork.
Addining mayonnaise/ ketchup / vinegar / sugar also mustard.
Stir until smooth.
Adding egg yolk sauce to pasta bowl & stirring TO blende .
Putting it in fridge about or at least an 1 h .
Ornate with green onions
