* Ingredients :
° Salt – 1 teaspoon
° Fresh Brussels sprouts 1 1/2 pounds if possible
° Garlic – 3 small cloves, minced or minced
° Olive oil – I use extra virgin – 2 tablespoons
* instructions :
Heat the stove (oven) 375 degrees
Prepare Brussels sprouts by cutting off the ends (the brown area) and any discolored leaves.
Put them in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and place the Brussels sprouts in it, making sure to cover it evenly.
Spread the covered brussels sprouts flat in a pan – I usually spread the foil or prepare the pan before adding the sprouts. Bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crispy.
