- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 2–3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Beef
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
- Toss with 1 tsp soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Cook the Vegetables
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Beef
- Add another 1–2 tbsp oil to the pan.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef, cook for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4. Combine & Season
- Return the vegetables to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and adjust salt & pepper to taste.
- Stir everything together for 1–2 minutes until well-coated and heated through.
5. Serve
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
