HOMEMAD FRIED CHICKEN lEGS!!

Ingredients:

Boiling chicken:

6 pieces of chicken legs

4 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 Chicken bouillon cube

Marinade chicken:

4 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons parsley

1 pack of yogurt without sugar

1 tbsp dreadcrumbs

1 tbsp vinegar

½ Lemon juice

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tbsp table oil

2 tablespoons ketchup and Mustard mixture

A small onion grated

Topping crispy:

2 eggs

1 Teaspoon vinegar

Corn flakes

Breadcrumbs

Cup Flour

Two tablespoons of starch

Directions:

In the cooker on the fire, put the chicken legs with garlic, ginger and salt drown with water and add a Chicken bouillon cube and leave it on the fire until it’s cooked, filter the chicken pieces and leave aside.

In the electric mixer, mix the marinade chicken so we get a homogeneous mixture, put the mixture in deep bowl.

Cover the chicken thighs with a marinade and leave them at least for an hour.

To prepare the topping crispy , mix the corn flakes with the Breadcrumbs in the pot, and flour with starch in another pot, mix eggs with a few vinegar.

Dip chicken in the flour to completely cover, then blend them in eggs, then blend in cornflakes.

Put the cooker on fire, heat vegetable oil then fry chicken till it gets a golden colour.

Remove it from the oil and put on blotting paper.
