How to use baking soda to get Rid of Belly, Arm, Thigh, and Back Fat

1- Baking soda and lemon recipe:
* Ingredients:
° Lemon juice.
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° 1/4 cup water.
 * Method of preparation and use:
First you need to add baking soda to the water and stir with some cups until you pour the baking soda into the water, then add the lemon juice and stir the mixture.
Drink this liquid every day 20 minutes before breakfast.
2- Baking soda and apple cider vinegar recipe:
* Ingredients:
° 1 teaspoon of baking soda
° 1 cup of water.
° 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
* Method of preparation and use:
Whatever you do, you will mix all of the ingredients in a cup of water and stir in a cup together until the baking soda flows.
Drink it every day before breakfast, and you will notice results after a some days, but orderly with it, and if you need a faster resulte, you can also do exercises with the drink.
3- Baking soda and fruit recipe:
* Ingredients:
° Some mint leaves
° 1 cup strawberry.
° Tsp baking soda
° Cups water.
° Juice of 3 Lemons .
* Method of preparation and use:
Mixing all ingredients together & mix in a blender. Drinking it 2 a day.
With continuation & regularity of any of 3 recipes, you will notice results after a tiny period, and to get the better results try to avert sugar also flour, also you can exercise for at least 31 min every day.
