Mashed-Parmesan-Potatoes

There are wonderful things that shouldn’t be underestimated: garlic and cheese.Combined with each other, you get a wonderful taste from heaven that instantly ignites your taste buds.Then carbohydrates are loaded (because cheese and garlic need a bowl), as well as mashed potatoes with garlic and parmesan.
* Ingredients :
° 1 pound potato  purple peel, turned on or off depend on preference
° 1 c 2% milk
° 2 tablespoons of low-fat cream cheese
° 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
° 3 cloves garlic, minced
° 2 tsps green onions, cutting to cubes
° Salt & pepper to taste
* Methods  :
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and put in a saucepan with boiling water.Cooking about 15 min, or to the potatoes are mashed with fork.While potatoes are done, pour milk / cream cheese & garlic into a skillet also cooking on medium heat to cream cheese is melt & sauce is boil .And as soon as it boils, we remove from the heat.When the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash, leaving as many potatoes as you like.Mix the sauce, parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Your feet are hot.
