Mexican Beef Pie with Cheddar Crust

ingredients
° ¼ cup of unique black diamond sauce, room temperature
° ½ cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
° 1cup all-reason flour

° 1 pound floor beef
° Half a cup of pink beans
° 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon warm pepper powder
° 1 teaspoon tomato paste
° chopped tomatoes
° 1 chopped onion
° 1 rib chopped celery
° 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1 egg (for egg wash)
° 1 tablespoon water (for laundry eggs)

1.Beat Black Diamond Signature cheese and butter in a food processor until smooth.Add the flour and salt and stir until all the elements are combined. The trick to understanding it is geared up is whilst the dough holds collectively whilst you form it right into a ball.
