mexican street corn

Mexican road corn is a summertime staple and smooth to make at home! Place grilled corn at the cob with a tangy creamy sauce, sprinkle with crumbled cheese and dip in it. Make this on your subsequent outdoor cookout!
* Ingredients :
° 6 ears of sparkling candy corn
° 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 cup crumbled cotija cheese
° 6 tablespoons coarsely chopped sparkling coriander
° 1 teaspoon chili powder
° 2 rectangular lemons
* instructions :
Preheaat oven to 350 degree F . Place the corn with inside the husks at once at the oven rack. Bake for 35-forty minutes, or till fork softens.
While the corn is cooking, integrate garlic powder and mayonnaise in a small bowl.After the corn is cooked, sprinkle garlic mayonnaise on top. Roll up Cotia cheese.
Sprinkle with coriander and chili powder.
Squeeze with sparkling lemon juice if desired.
