2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 tblsp. canola oil (distributed)
3 garlic cloves, minced
chili powder (about 2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon oregano, dry
1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, 1/2-inch chunks
12 warmed tiny flour tortillas
3/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 mug fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 lime, peeled and sliced into wedges



In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon canola oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano..
Combine the soy sauce mixture and the steak in a gallon-size Ziploc bag or a large mixing bowl; marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours, rotating the bag occasionally.

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.. Cook, tossing frequently, until the steak has browned and the marinade has decreased, about 5-6 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
