π«β Mocha Ice Cream Cake
Layers of chocolate cake with creamy coffee-flavored ice cream β chilled to perfection and topped with chocolate sauce, nuts, and optional whipped cream. A dessert coffee lovers will adore!
π Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate cake mix (or 2 layers homemade chocolate cake)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk or water
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2β3 teaspoons granulated coffee or espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Chocolate sauce or fudge sauce
- Chopped walnuts / hazelnuts / almonds (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)

- Bake the cake according to instructions. Cool completely. Slice horizontally if desired.
- Whip cold cream to soft peaks. Mix in condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in dissolved coffee.
- Assemble: Layer cake, mocha cream, second cake layer, remaining cream. Smooth and refrigerate 4β6 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with chocolate sauce, nuts, and optional whipped cream. Let sit 10β15 minutes before slicing.
π‘ Tips: For a stronger coffee flavor, add 1 tsp more espresso powder. For extra chocolatey flavor, spread a thin ganache layer between cake layers.
