Ingredients:

10 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 teaspoons gelatin, dissolved in 3 tablespoons water

1 cup heavy whipping cream
ΒΌ cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar using a fork.
Press the mixture into the bottom and halfway up the sides of an 8-inch springform pan or a 9-inch pie pan.
Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
2. Prepare the Gelatin:
Dissolve gelatin powder in cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
Heat on low until completely melted, then set aside to cool for a few minutes.
