Old-Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Peb Cobbler is my favorite summer dessert. Usually I make this easy peach cobbler or the oatmeal peach cookie. But I thought I could try it in a new way: Peach Cobbler Bars.
* Ingredients :
° 2 cups lightly packed brown sugar, divided
° 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
° 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
° 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
° 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
° 8 cups of fresh peaches, peeled and sliced ​​(about 8 peaches)
° 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
° 3 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
° 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
° 1 teaspoon of salt
° 1 cup of cold butter, cubed
° 1 large egg
° 1/2 cup sour cream
° 1 tsp vanilla extract
° 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
° 1 cup of powdered sugar
° 2 tablespoons of milk
Preheat oven 350 degres. Cover a 9×13-inch pan with foil and drizzle with nonstick flour.
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Adding peaches // lemon juice To mixed .
In another large bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup of brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut the butter until crumbly.
In a small bowl, combine the egg, sour cream, vanilla and almond extract.
Adding egg mixture to flour mixture, stir to mixed .
Squeeze 3/4 cup of the flour mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spreading peach mixture equally on top.
Sprinkle the rest of the flour mixture over the peaches.
Cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
Combine powdered sugar and milk and pour over chilled bars.
