OXTAIL AND DOMBOLO

Ingredients

  • 2kg oxtail

  • Beef stock powder to taste

  • Chopped onion

  • Kidney beans 310g can

  • Red Dry wine 2 tablespoon

  • Oxtail soup

  • White pepper half teaspoon

Method :

Boil meat with beef stock powder until soft.
Add onions,wine and kidney beans with white pepper and simmer for 15 min.
Add powdered soup with no water and stir until combined simmer for 5min.
And ready to serve.
