Pannaukkau (Finnish or Swedish Pancake)

Cook time: 40 Min
Ingredients
2 c milk (I use 2 percent)
4 eggs
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c butter
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Put all ingredents (EXCEPT the butter) into a blender. blend.
3. When oven reaches 400, put the butter into a 9×13 pan and put into the oven for the butter to melt.
4. When the butter is melted, pour the blended ingredients into the pan with the melted butter.
5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. (I like it crispy so I do 40 min). It will puff up while baking then fall when you take it from oven.
