Ingredients
°1 uncooked puff pastry dough°1 package of soft cream cheese°1/4 cup sugar°4 eggs, divided°1 teaspoon vanilla°1 cup chopped pecans°1 cup corn syrup°1/4 cup packed brown sugar
*How to do it :
Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly in pie crust, sprinkle pecans over top cheese layer.Whisk remaining 3 eggs, corn syrup and brown sugar together well. Pour evenly over pecans. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden. Cool, cut and Enjoy!
