° five large potatoes
° 2 medium carrots
° 1 chopped green onion
° five celery sticks
° 1.8 liters of water
° four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
° five tablespoons of wheat flour
° 1 cup full cream liquid milk

* How to put together potato soup with vegetables :
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into 1 x 1 cm cubes.
Wash, peel and cut the carrots into about 1 x 1 cm pieces.
Wash the celery and reduce it into small pieces.
In a saucepan, pour water, upload potatoes, carrots, celery and a pinch of salt. Cook over excessive warmth for 20 minutes, till veggies are tender.
Remove the veggies and maintain them. Also, maintain the broth.
Peel green onions and chop into small pieces.
In a big saucepan, pour olive oil and saute onions for approximately 3 minutes.
Then, with the assist of a paddle, upload the flour step by step and stir lightly till everything is incorporated.
Pour the milk with a pinch of pepper and mix. Let it boil, stirring constantly, till it thickens.
Add salt to taste.
Add the reserved veggies and cook for any other minute. Add 1 cup of the reserved water wherein the veggies were cooked.
