Ingredients:
1 .25 lbs Queso Panela
5 4 tomatoes diced save 1 for salsa
2 chiles serranos
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion cut in slivers
1 tbsp Knorr tomate or pollo
A pinch of cumin
Directions:
In a skillet add 1 tbsp of oil and let heat. Add onions and sauté until nice and translucent. Take diced tomatoes and add to skillet sauté. Take 1 tomato, serranos, garlic, knorr, cumin and 1.5 cups of water and blend until smooth. Add to the skillet and simmer until it thickens just a bit. Add your cubed Panela simmer 5 minutes and done!
