Only 4 ingredients and 15 minutes to make Quick Blueberry Biscuits!!! It’s really tasty! Bisquick, sugar, blueberries, and buttermilk are all used in this recipe. If desired, finish with a powdered sugar and milk glaze. Any day of the week, they are a favorite.
Bisquick (214 cups)
13 cup of sugar
1 cup wild blueberries (optional) regular
a third of a cup of buttermilk
12 CUP SUGAR (POWDERED)
1–2 tablespoons milk
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bisquick, sugar, and buttermilk are mixed together until a soft dough forms. Lastly, fold in the blueberries.
Using a large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop, spoon dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 9-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Combine powdered sugar and milk in a mixing bowl. Drizzle the glaze over the biscuits.
