The combination of roasted cauliflower with meat, caramel and some burnt onions turns out to be our favorite winter weather recipe.
* Ingredients :
° cauliflower head, cut into florets
° 1 medium onion, sliced
° Four sprigs of thyme
° Four garlic cloves, unpeeled
° Three tablespoons of olive oil
° Kosher salt & fresh pepper black
° Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
* Preparation :
The oven turns 425 degrees. Place the cauliflower florets on a huge baking tray with the onions, thyme, garlic and oil; Season with salt and pepper. Roast, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked through, 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, stir, and simmer until cauliflower is tender, 10-12 minutes.
