Ingredients for 20 cm:
300 g of flour 00
100 g vanilla icing sugar
80 g of butter
a pinch of salt
400 g of jam flavor of your choice
powdered sugar to taste
In a bowl, pour the eggs, butter at room temperature, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt. Start working the dough with your hands until you get large crumbs.
Cover the bottom of a pan, lined with baking paper, with 3/4 of the crumbs obtained, so as to form a fairly thick layer and a border of about 1.5 cm
Cover the surface with the jam you like best, we have chosen apricot that we prepared this summer.
Sprinkle over the rest of the crumbs kept aside, it should be a thinner and not compact layer like that of the base.
Bake the Sbriciolona with jam at 180 ° in a static oven and cook for 30/35 minutes.
Check the cooking until a brownish color is obtained.
